Ohman Maternity

I have had the opportunity to photograph so many pregnant mommas this year!  The best part of that fact is that every single session has been so very different, different styles, different likes and dislikes, and of course different gowns.  Did you know that Cripps Photography has 27 Maternity Gowns in stock?  Not only do we have a closet full of gorgeous gowns that are all different colors and styles, we are constantly changing them out for new stock so that we don't use the same dress more than 1-2 times.  Its so fun!

Ashley came in to the studio in June to talk about her desire for Maternity Portraits.  During that meeting she showed me some images that she had gathered on Pinterest (a powerful vision board tool that I often encourage clients to use so that I can get a visual taste of their style) and she tended to lean towards the outdoor, moody images.  That was reinforced further when she tried on the gorgeous brick dress that we have in stock from Chicaboo. 

Being a summer time pregnant momma isn't easy (I was one too!)- but Ashley handled the heat and trekking through the dirt and tall grass like a champ so that we could achieve this gorgeous look for her and Wyatt during this special time in their life together.  Ashley and Wyatt have already chosen an incredible and unique name for baby girl on the way: Brexleigh.  I cannot wait to meet her sweet little face and see Ashley and Wyatt in front of my lens again.
